72 year-old female with concerns of aging eyes, face, and neck and lack of jawline definition and history of prior facelift who first underwent first brow lift, upper eyelid surgery, and lower eyelid surgery with facial fat transfer and CO2 laser resurfacing then revision deep plane facelift and deep neck lift for facial rejuvenation and neck rejuvenation as well as facial and jawline contouring.
